One look at Rituel de Fille's provocative ads and you will instantly be intrigued by this unique brand. Focused on amplifying the magic of natural ingredients and glorifying the power of pigment, Rituel de Fille was founded by three incredibly artistic sisters. The brand's products are 100% cruelty free, 99% natural, and are produced in-house using as few ingredients as possible.
Each blush, highlighter, and lip product is contained in chic, black packaging that is studded with silver stars, while the eye shadows come in stunning, clear, hexagonal plastic containers. The beauty doesn't end there! You will be amazed by the sweet aroma of lavender and other earthy notes that hit your nose when you use a product from Rituel de Fille. It's this attention to detail that is a sign of the brand's quality and dedication to keeping things natural, captivating, and extraordinarily whimsical.
Ash and Ember Eye Soot in Sigil ($38 USD)
Sigil is a warm, champagne gold with a hint of pale pink. It's a very neutral hue that will suit a variety of skin tones and provide that beautiful, candlelit glow to any eye look. The texture of Rituel de Fille's Eye Soots is unlike anything I've tried before and the pigmentation is AMAZING!! Because they are made with pure pigments and oils, they are very comfortable to wear and dry to a powdery, yet slightly dewy finish. In my opinion, the texture of these shadows is such that that they are best applied with a synthetic brush. I attempted applying Sigil with my fingers and it came out uneven and splotchy. Not to mention, the opening of the Eye Soot jars is very small, so it's difficult to dip your fingers in there. While it can be used as a shadow or liner, I prefer Sigil as an inner corner highlight or smudged along the lower lash line.
Enchanted Lip Sheer in Whitehorn ($21 USD)
Rituel de Fille's Lip Sheers are like ultra pigmented balms. They feel a bit dry when you first apply them, but they soften nicely with the warmth of your lips. Whitehorn is a classic, peachy-pink. It's definitely not as opaque as Rituel's Forbidden Lipsticks, but the color can be built up with ease. Although quite moisturizing, it is important to exfoliate your lips before applying this product because it will definitely cling to any dry patches that you may have.
Forbidden Lipstick in Prey ($23 USD)
Prey is such a striking color! It's a purpleish, grey that reads as an edgy, cool-toned, nude on the lips. Described as a crème matte, the pigmentation and staying power of this lipstick is insane! The texture is quite velvety on the lips, making it comfortable to wear for an extended period of time. I have to note, however, that I found this product quite hard to apply. Because it can move around within the tube a bit, it's easier to use a lip brush to achieve an even application and a nice, crisp line along the lips.
Inner Glow Cream Blush in Lovesick ($24 USD)
Lovesick is a beautiful, rose hue with a satiny finish. Much like Prey, the pigmentation and staying power of this blush are on point! A little goes a long way with this stuff! It's definitely not as buttery as my coveted Kjaer Weis Cream Blushes (check out my review here), but it's emollient enough to melt into the skin with the warmth of the cheeks. Whether you apply it with a brush or your fingers, it blends beautifully and provides a natural flush of color.
Rare Light Luminizer in Ghost Light ($29 USD)
Oh my goodness, this highlighter is gorgeous! It's an opalescent shade with a cool-toned, pale pink base and a shift of violet-blue. The consistency of this luminizer is comparable to Lovesick; it has a velvety texture and blends into the skin with minimal effort. The true beauty of this product is somewhat lost once applied because the opalescence only comes through when the light hits you just right. While it is difficult to see on my incredibly fair skin, it highlights nicely with a subtle pinkish, lilac undertone. If you have a deeper skin tone, I think that you will have better luck amplifying the shifting hues of this stunning luminizer!

Wrap-Up
What do you think? As you can see, the quality and pigmentation of Rituel de Fille's products is exceptional! My only complaints are the movement that you get from the lipstick tubes and the steep price of the Eye Soots. Other than that, I'm smitten! I can't wait to see what this super innovative brand comes up with next!
